Rajhans Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. brings Self Cleaning Continuous Screen Changer for the processing of thermoplastic extruders. Operations of Self Cleaning Continuous Screen Changer:
An All four valves should be kept open as per the given marking on the Top Plate. Both the Breaker Plungers should be furnished with new clubbed candle meshes (as per the requirement). The Screen Changer becomes ready for starting the Plant when there is proper heating (as given in Fig. No. 1). For the flushing operation of one side of candle filter mesh, close the Valve '1' and then open all 'C' Valves. This will allow the impure material to come out. Then gradually open Valve '1' and close all 'C' Valves.




For changing the candle mesh, gradually close Valve '1' & Valve '4'one after the other. Then remove Breaker Plunger with the help of fixed puller after removing the four fitment bolts. Fit the new candle filter mesh and also fit the protective sleeve. Now fit the Breaker Plunger with the help of puller and then tighten the bolts (refer Fig. No. 3). Now gradually open Valve '1' for the air venting operation and simultaneously open all 'C' Valves. After this open the Valve '4'. If the air venting operation done by closing Valves is performed according to a schedule and at regular intervals then this leads to the continuous operation of the line with a new candle mesh. This is called 'Non-Stop Production Line'.
