Rajhans Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. brings Platen Type Screen Changer for the processing of thermoplastic extruders. The company was established in 1995 and was the first Indian company to introduce the concept of screen changers in India. Operations of Platen Type Screen Changer:
• First place the new meshes in both the stations and check for the
proper heating.• To change the station start the hydraulic power pack motor and
move the plunger station with the help of two directional hand lever
hydraulic valve given on the power pack.• Remove the used meshes and replace them with properly cleaned
new meshes.• Now hydraulic power pack motor can be stopped.
Special Note:
- Please adhere to above operations to ensure proper flow of materials and product.
- Hydraulic power pack can be attached with Accumulator for fast movement of the Plunger that enables continuous melt flow.
Accessories Available:
- Die side and barrel side adaptors as per the specifications.
- Fabricated wheel-mounted trolley for mounting of the Screen Changer.
- Spare Screen packs and heaters are also available.
- Strain / Dori Die can also be provided for Reprocess Plants.
- Special Die for Die Face Cutter is available.
- Special cleaning kit can be provided for the Screen Changer.
