Operations of Platen Type Screen Changer For Twin Screw Extruders:
• First place the new meshes in both the stations and check for the proper heating. • To change the station start the hydraulic power pack motor and move the plunger station with the help of two directional hand lever hydraulic valve given on the power pack. • Remove the used meshes and replace them with properly cleaned new meshes. • Now hydraulic power pack motor can be stopped.

- Please adhere to above operations to ensure proper flow of materials and product.
- Hydraulic power pack can be attached with Accumulator for faster movement of the Plunger that enables continuous melt flow.
Accessories Available:
- Die side and barrel side adaptors as per the specifications.
- Fabricated wheel-mounted trolley for mounting of the Screen Changer.
- Spare screen packs and heaters are also available.
- Special Die for Die Face Cutter is available.
- Special cleaning kit can be provided for the Screen Changer.
