Rajhans Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. brings Normal Continuous Type Screen Changer for the processing of thermoplastic extruders. The company was established in 1995 and was the first Indian company to introduce the concept of screen changers in India. Operations of Normal Continuous Type Screen Changer:
• All four valves should be kept open as per the given marking on the Top Plate. • Both the Breaker Plungers should be furnished with new meshes (as per the requirement). The Screen Changer becomes ready for starting the Plant when there is proper heating (as given in Fig. No. 1). • For the cleaning and changing of one side of filter mesh, close Valve 'A' and Valve 'B' one after the other as per the marking given on the Top Plate. (refer Fig. No. 2). • Then remove Breaker Plunger with the help of fixed puller after removing the four fitment bolts. • Fit a properly cleaned filter mesh. Also fit the Breaker Plunger with the help of Puller and then tighten the bolts.

• Now open the Valve 'A' as per the marking given on the Top Plate (refer Fig. No.3) and simultaneously open Valve 'C' for air venting process. • In this process the Plunger gets filled with the material and the material comes out from the Valve 'C'. • Finally open the Valve 'B' (as given in Fig. No. 4). • Due to this the line remains in operation with the new mesh without any obstruction. This is called as "Non-Stop Production Line".
