Rajhans Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. brings Double Plunger Continuous Screen Changer for the processing of thermoplastic extruders. The company was established in 1995 and was the first Indian company to introduce the concept of screen changers in India. Rajhans offers a broad range of international quality screen changers and melt pump system engineered for reliability, productivity and cost-effectiveness in virtually any extrusion processing environment. Today the company is also a major exporter of screen changers.

Operations of Double Plunger Continuous Screen Changer:
• Both the filters are working with new mesh inside the Screen Changer and the Plant is in working condition (Refer Fig. No. 1).
• Remove the Breaker Plate P2 and the mesh. Replace the mesh after cleaning it properly (refer Fig. No. 2). • Now take the new Breaker Plate station inside the housing for pre-filling & air venting operations done through venting channel (as shown in Fig No. 3).
• Now Breaker Plate P2 comes in working condition as it was in Fig. No. 1.

Special Note:

Please adhere to above operations to ensure proper flow of materials and product.
All Models are available with Special Automatic Operation by means of "SENSOR" system for pre-filling as well as air venting system.
Sr. No. 4 & 5 will be available with Elliptical Breaker Plate or Round Breaker Plate.

Accessories Available:

Special adaptors for die and barrel side as per the specifications.
Hand trolley for mounting the Screen Changer.
Spare Screen packs and heaters.
Accumulator Bladder (Nitrogen Cylinder) can be incorporated for super fast movement of the Plunger.
