Rajhans Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. brings Cassette Type Continuous Screen Changer for the processing of thermoplastic extruders. The company was established in 1995 and was the first Indian company to introduce the concept of screen changers in India. Operations of Cassette Type Continuous Screen Changer:
• As shown in the Fig. No.1, while the Plant is in working condition, Breaker Plate 'D' is ready for the pre-filling condition and Breaker Plate 'A' is ready for the placement. • Fig. No. 2 shows that the Breaker Plate 'D' is in pre-filled condition. The pre-filling operation can be carried out by opening the Valve 'P' as indicated in the figure. • Change the Breaker Plate with help of a Hydraulic system (a per the Fig. No. 3). Also close Valve 'P' after air venting. • Now the Breaker Plate 'D' comes in process condition and Breaker Plate 'B' can be cleaned and it becomes ready for the placement (refer Fig. No. 4). • Repeat the procedure for changing of all the Breaker Plates.
Special Note:
- Please adhere to above operations to ensure proper flow of materials and product.
- The screen changer is absolutely leakage free in heavy output & pressure due to its heavy and rigid design.
